Mazak VTC-300C
The VTC-300C Vertical Machining Center features a powerful 40-taper spindle, full traveling column design, and fixed table for machining extremely long and heavy workpieces. With a table center partition, the machine work envelope can be transformed into two separate work areas that allow the machine to be in cycle in one work area while a part is being set up in the other. The machine also delivers fast rapid traverse rates to reduce non-cut times.
Mazak Quick Turn 350
The QUICK TURN 350 CNC turning center combines advanced technology, productivity, and value to deliver exceptional performance for large and small shops. With three different bed lengths, this 2-axis machine efficiently processes various types of medium to larger-sized long workpieces.

FICEP – EXCALIBUR 12-S3 CNC SINGLE SPINDLE DRILLING LINE
The Ficep drilling line features an exclusive secondary “X” axis with improved accuracy and productivity as it is not necessary to unclamp, reposition and re-clamp for each “X” axis (length axis) movement. This capability also permits scribing on all four surfaces to eliminate all manual layouts which can be automatically imported from such CAD systems as SDS2 or Tekla. The secondary axis also provides the ability to generate slotted holes, copes and large holes that exceed the maximum capability of the Excalibur 12.
